Speaking opportunities are now open for the 19th annual International Law Enforcement IP Crime Conference, cohosted by INTERPOL and the Royal Thai Police, in partnership with UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE), and delivered by the International IP Crime Investigators College (IIPCIC), INTERPOL Global Academy.
We seek experts and experienced practitioners who can address IP crime, interrelated illicit trade, and anti-counterfeiting topics focused on providing best practices, actionable insights, case studies, practical advice, and innovative approaches to address safety and security challenges associated with these criminal activities.
The annual Conference traditionally attracts 400+ delegates from nearly 100 countries representing 250+ cross-sector agencies and organizations. It is renowned and highly regarded for delivering unsurpassed cross-sector networking and collaboration opportunities for decision-makers and front-line personnel. Participants can engage and challenge each other, offering a unique delegate experience not found elsewhere.
The Conference will be held from Tuesday, 27 October, to Thursday, 29 October, in Bangkok, Thailand.
We are seeking speakers to fill the following roles:
Facilitators guide 60-minute panel sessions, ensuring discussions remain engaging, focused, and inclusive. They support panelists and encourage audience participation to explore solutions, share insights, and highlight actionable strategies for addressing IP crime challenges globally.
Panel sessions are 60 minutes in the main ballroom with simultaneous translation. Each session includes 1 facilitator and 3 speakers. These interactive, discussion-based sessions do not use PowerPoint and encourage delegates to share insights, explore challenges, and learn from best practices and case studies that help reduce IP crime and advance global safety and security.
Training sessions run concurrently with panels for 60 minutes in English. Led by 1 facilitator and 2 speakers, these sessions provide hands-on training with practical examples, case studies, and best practices. PowerPoint and other materials are encouraged to enhance learning and enable participants to ask questions and discuss operational solutions in depth.
If you want to participate as a speaker, please complete the Speaker Form below before July 31, 2026.
We will confirm that we received your submission via email.
If you are selected as a speaker, you will be notified no later than August 30, 2026.
